Caitlin has over 24 years of experience in all genre's of dance and performing arts, training under the supervision of Kristin Williams and Debra Parker.
Her career is one to be admired! After securing her first contract at the young age of 18, onboard Royal Carribean's Legend of the Seas, she went on to complete four consecutive contracts onboard Royal Caribbean International as a dancer and featured aerialist, working her way up through the ranks to Dance Captain.
Caitlin ventured to Europe and U.K where she performed in various shows including; Circus Roncalli’s “Time is Honey” as a featured skate and aerial artiste and performed as a soloist on the well-known SKY1 television show Got to Dance. Caitlin then went on to make her West End debut in The Tiller Girls at the Dominion Theatre, London, for two consecutive seasons. Her career then lead her to Macau, China where she joined the cast of "The Fashionistas" at the Galaxy Hotel and Casino. Returning back to the U.K, Caitlin continued on to perform in "The Thursford Christmas Spectacular" for Europe’s largest Christmas show in 2015.
Since returning to Australia in 2016, Caitlin has performed both as a dancer and aerialist at various corporate and commercial and events and most recently featured in Mission Entertainment Co.'s "Diamonds after Dark" & "Legends, LIVE" tours as a Singer/dancer and aerial soloist.

Jane McPhie has been dancing, teaching and choreographing professionally for over 10 years.
Her professional credits include Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as Dance Captain and aerialist. Jane is an incredible showgirl and has performed as a soloist with the Paradis Latin, Cabaret de Paris and the prestigious Moulin Rouge in Paris.
She now owns and runs a successful dance agency on the Gold Coast called Class Act Creative operating on the Gold Coast.
Jane is so excited to be a member of the Mafia Faculty in 2019!
With 5 years of experience in dance and 2 years teaching, Arjan is thoroughly involved within the professional industry of performing arts. Arjan has performed for Velvet Rope Entertainment as a back up dancer for Marcia Hines. Arjan was also cast in the production of ‘Specter’ as a featured dancer for Epic Productions Australia.
Alongside this, Arjan teaches in various styles such as hip hop, jazz, contemporary and lyrical. His passion for dance has also allowed him to create his very own brand ‘Aminyo Movement’, where he focuses on developing different choreographic routines in all styles of dance for all ages (solos, duos, group routines, open classes).
Arjan is extremely excited to make his move to the Gold Coast and start his first year teaching at Dance Mafia in 2019!
RENAYE BRADFORD RAD RTS
After completing her high-school education, Renaye was accepted admission into Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance located in Melbourne and left home determined to further her education and gain skills to be a professional performer. During her 2 years away, Renaye had a full-time study load, completing her Diploma in Dance (Elite Performance), the dance styles trained included; Ballet, Jazz, Commercial Jazz (heels included), Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre and Ballroom. Whilst completing the course Renaye was invited to participate in many performances and events; two "Step Off" performances, two "Dance for Cancer Initiative" performances, the "Emirates Melbourne cup Parade" and a "Robot Army Productions" music video.
Following her graduation, Renaye went on the obtain her Certificate IV in Ballet Teaching Studies through the RAD, and is now a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.
Ashleigh has over 20 years experience in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Showgirl, Acting and Singing. At the age of 4 she began training at local performing arts schools in her home city- Gold Coast, Australia.
2014 was the beginning of Ashleigh’s professional career when she began travelling the world dancing with Royal Caribbean International joining the inaugural cast of Sequins and Feathers on RCCL's first technologically advanced ship - Quantum of The Seas. Ashleigh has also performed in Paris and a dancer and face character at Disneyland, Paris.
Ashleigh has been teaching dance for 9 years and loves passing on her knowledge to children and adults. She is currently expanding her skills in Velvet Rope’s course ‘Ignite’, studying a Certificate 4 in Dance and judging at local and interstate dance competitions across Australia.
Ashleigh is incredibly excited to be joining the MAFIA Staff in 2020!
Kristyn is our resident Receptionist and one of our wonderful Assistant Dance Teachers here at DANCE MAFIA. From the young age of 5, she has grown up learning all styles of dance which has expanded experience as well as sparked her passion for teaching. She has successfully gained her Diploma of Business and also obtained her Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching under the guidance of Caitlin McMahon and absolutely loves sharing her knowledge with all of her students.
Although young, Kristyn has a vast amount of professional experience and achievements. These include modelling for Lorna Jane Active Wear through the Dance Mafia Agency, performing as a dancer in Dreamworld’s ‘Scream World’ and in the Gold Coast Theatre Awards and also working professionally as a suit character for the Brisbane EKKA.
Kristyn is so excited to apart of the Dance Mafia teaching staff in 2020!
Chloe is one of our resident Assistant Dance Teachers here at DANCE MAFIA and absolutely loves sharing her knowledge and passion of dance with all students!
Dancing from the age of 4, Chloe is now 14 and has already been exposed to the professional industry. At the young age of 10, Chloe was cast as an extra in the Hollywood blockbuster film “San Andreas” and was also cast in the film “The Inbetweeners”.
She is very excited to share her knowledge and passion with all students in 2020!
Lilly is one of our resident assistant dance teachers here at DANCE MAFIA, with 13 years experience in dancing.
She started dancing at just the young age of 2 and she is now 15 and loves expanding her knowledge through assistant dance teaching. Lilly is currently completing her Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching under the supervision of Caitlin McMahon and Renaye Bradford and wishes to complete further dance studies. She has been exposed to the professional industry of entertainment at the age of 14 working with multiple different suit characters at shopping centres and doing Christmas parades for TS Talent.
Lilly is extremely excited to be an Assistant Dance teacher in 2020!
