Caitlin has over 24 years of experience in all genre's of dance and performing arts, training under the supervision of Kristin Williams and Debra Parker.
Her career is one to be admired! After securing her first contract at the young age of 18, onboard Royal Carribean's Legend of the Seas, she went on to complete four consecutive contracts onboard Royal Caribbean International as a dancer and featured aerialist.
Caitlin ventured to Europe and U.K where she performed in various shows including; Circus Roncalli’s “Time is Honey” as a featured skate and aerial artiste and performed as a soloist on the well-known SKY1 television show Got to Dance. Caitlin then went on to make her West End debut in The Tiller Girls at the Dominion Theatre, London, for two consecutive seasons, working her way up through the ranks to Dance Captain. Her career then lead her to Macau, China where she joined the cast of "The Fashionistas" at the Galaxy Hotel and Casino. Returning back to the U.K, Caitlin continued on to perform in "The Thursford Christmas Spectacular" for Europe’s largest Christmas show in 2015.
Since returning to Australia in 2016, Caitlin has performed both as a dancer and aerialist at various corporate and commercial and events and most recently featured in Mission Entertainment Co.'s "Diamonds after Dark" & "Legends, LIVE" tours as a Singer/dancer and aerial soloist.

Melanie has been dancing for 30 years with 12 years professional international dance experience and teaching. As a teacher Melanie brings her own personal experiences and expertise in a fresh, encouraging and supportive manner. She is a qualified RAD Classical ballet teacher after completing her Diploma in Dance Teaching Studies through the Royal Academy of Dance.
Melanie has travelled the world undertaking various dance roles in Asia and spent 3 years working as a dancer for Carnival Cruise Lines in the US. She also performed as part of the original Ozscot highland dancing team at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Scotland. On her return to Australia in 2011 she opened her own dance studio which she ran successfully for almost 10 years before selling and moving to the sunny Gold Coast with her family.
Melanie believes in a strong technical grounding and is a versatile teacher capable to teaching all styles of dance. She enjoys innovative choreography and taking chances and loves a balance between hard work and having fun.
Dance is ever changing and evolving and she loves being part of this and cannot wait to begin this new Gold Coast chapter in her life!
Jane McPhie has been dancing, teaching and choreographing professionally for over 10 years.
Her professional credits include Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as Dance Captain and aerialist. Jane is an incredible showgirl and has performed as a soloist with the Paradis Latin, Cabaret de Paris and the prestigious Moulin Rouge in Paris.
She now owns and runs a successful dance agency on the Gold Coast called Class Act Creative operating on the Gold Coast.
Jane is so excited to be a member of the Mafia Faculty in 2019!
KARLEE ALEX MAGUIRE
Teneva Davis is our resident Hip Hop Teacher here at DANCE MAFIA! She trained here on the Gold Coast under some of the industry's leading educators and choreographers at the prestigious Dance Force Studios in Tweed Heads!
Teneva has worked in Australian TV and Corporate events such as Eurovision, TS talent and the Dream Dance company Singapore/Sydney.
She is an amazing Choreographer and Teacher and is eager to pass on her knowledge at DANCE MAFIA!
Chloe is one of our resident Assistant Dance Teachers here at DANCE MAFIA and absolutely loves sharing her knowledge and passion of dance with all students!
Dancing from the age of 4, Chloe is now 14 and has already been exposed to the professional industry. At the young age of 10, Chloe was cast as an extra in the Hollywood blockbuster film “San Andreas” and was also cast in the film “The Inbetweeners”.
She is very excited to share her knowledge and passion with all students in 2020!
Lilly is one of our resident assistant dance teachers here at DANCE MAFIA, with 13 years experience in dancing.
She started dancing at just the young age of 2 and she is now 15 and loves expanding her knowledge through assistant dance teaching. Lilly is currently completing her Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching under the supervision of Caitlin McMahon and Renaye Bradford and wishes to complete further dance studies. She has been exposed to the professional industry of entertainment at the age of 14 working with multiple different suit characters at shopping centres and doing Christmas parades for TS Talent.
Lilly is extremely excited to be an Assistant Dance teacher in 2020!
